About Echo Point
Echo Point was born from something simple — the way people have always opened up to me.
For as long as I can remember, I’ve been that go-to person. The one friends would call when they just needed to let it all out. No fixing. No judgment. Just someone to sit with them in the messy, honest middle of whatever they were feeling.
I didn’t plan to turn that into anything more. But after a while, I realized how much we all need that kind of space — a place to talk without being rushed, filtered, or expected to have it all together.So I created Echo Point.It’s not therapy. It’s not a language class. It’s just me — Cleo — offering real conversations, held with care.
Whether you’re overwhelmed, feeling stuck, adjusting to a new life chapter, or trying to feel more at ease speaking English… this space is for you.
My hope is that Echo Point becomes a soft landing place — where people can speak freely, be heard fully, and leave feeling a little lighter.

Nope — and I don’t pretend to be a therapist. Echo Point is for real, everyday conversations with someone who truly listens. It’s a space to talk things out, not a clinical service.⸻Q: Do I need perfect English?
Not at all! I work with all levels — whether you’re fluent or just starting out. As a TEFL-certified (Teaching English as a Foreign Language) guide, I focus on helping you feel more confident and natural when speaking English, not correcting every little thing. It’s about connection, not perfection.⸻Q: Is it confidential?
Absolutely. Your session is private and judgment-free. Nothing is recorded or shared.⸻Q: Can I talk about anything?
Yes — really. You can share whatever’s on your mind: relationships, stress, sadness, burnout, boredom, even good news. Big or small, it matters. I’m here to listen.⸻Q: What if I don’t know what to say?
That’s completely okay. I’ll gently guide the conversation with prompts or just hold space until you’re ready. No pressure, ever.⸻Q: Can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes — just make sure you do it at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations within 24 hours aren’t refundable, but you’re welcome to reschedule ahead of time.⸻Q: Can I use a session to share something positive?
Definitely! Echo Point isn’t just for venting. If you want to talk about something exciting, reflect on a win, or just chat about good things — this is a space for that too.⸻Q: Are there any rules I should know?
Only one: respect. I don’t tolerate hate speech, harassment, or inappropriate behavior. If that happens, the session will be ended without a refund. This is a safe space for all.

If you’re in distress or need support, we encourage reaching out to a licensed therapist or helpline.⸻4. Cancellations & RefundsWe kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel.
Refunds are not offered for cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled time.
